PlayStation: PS+ Premium, you get more games than Gamepass and a year long sub is cheaper. Better exclusives. Larger player base.

Xbox: Easier to find on shelves and online.

Unless you're buying unreliable codes from another source, that's not an accurate price. GamePass for Consoles for a 6-month sub is $60. Microsoft doesn't offer 1-year subs.

You buy one year of xbox live gold then you purchase one month of game pass and it converts the whole gold membership to game pass. You just need to learn how to think of these things.
