I'm considering getting an Xbox. Btw do you know by any chance if you can connect an Xbox 360 controller to Xbox Series X?

No xbox 360 not BUT the games from 360 are playable on series x. Every xbox one, one s, one x, series s and x will have controllers that fit on all the other xbox and on laptop and phone but not 360.
