The regular Nintendo switch is just over half it's production life, you lot have been harping on abt a switch 2 ever since the original one released. Nintendo aren't going to suddenly make a new console when they've literally just released one, they're not stupid. There isn't any credible source for a switch pt2 anytime this side of 2024.

Op, get a regular switch or a oled if you don't mind paying a little extra for a better screen. Look online for second hand switches that come with games to save you some money.

Actually no, historically Nintendo release a new console abt ever 5 to 6 years, give or take. So, the switch in 2017 and then oled in 2021, you're looking at somewhere after 2025.

And rumours of a switch 2 have been circling around since 2020, and right now releasing a new console will cripple the oleds growth, and that's the last thing they want.

So I'm not really understanding your logic.
If a new system is released and it is in the same line as the switch then wouldn't the switch be able to play new games released on that system. And if the switch can't play those games why would you encourage them to buy the lite or oled instead since those would also be unable to play new games. Especially the oled which is more expensive then the normal switch.
I'm also not sure where you got that they won't release anymore switch games after march. I tried looking it up and the only thing I saw was that the someone theorized that the last big game for the switch would be the new Zelda game. But that's only a theory and also according to on the Nintendo website it's expected to be released in may.
