Thank you for your advise!!!
Happy to help, and excited for you either way!
This. It's either Game Pass or PlayStation exclusives. Get both eventually, lol.

Wow, unbiased console recommendations? The internet is changing. I'm proud of you for being one of the good ones bro 😂
Hah - why thank you!
I think serie s is a best buy right now mate!
Thx brother!! I Wld consider your suggestions 🙏☺️
Ur welcome! I think game pass and next gen feature are the killer app, like quick resume, ssd ecc
PS4 already has a huge library of used / discounted games, but won't be supported for future titles for much longer.
Series S will have games coming out for it over the next 5 years or so.
Which is more important to you?
Defo series s
If you are not planning to get another console anytime soon: I would say Series S, because it is the newer console so will have more games devoted and developed more for it in future than the PS4 pro.
Also, it plays Xbox 360 and original Xbox games that you can buy from the store, not to mention the digital Xbox one games... so it has an impressive amount of titles of both old and new catalogues that are still great to play today!
Series S as you will need some sort of Microsoft device for all the best exclusives going forward. The ideal setup is a series X as the main and a ps4pro for the few PlayStation exclusives 👍
Xbox is the ultimate console for gamers bro. The PlayStation is a fashion statement, and the xbox actually gives you a better experience overall. The PlayStation exclusives do not justify buying the console eitherl, considering what games are on xbox.
😬
One of em is an old generation so it will be ded 4-5 years before the other one.
Depends what you're after... I prefer my PS4 Pro over my Series S because of the huge catalog of cheap, quality, physical games.
If you want to play a lot of games then the game pass on the Xbox is probably the best I’ve seen but if you are planning on playing something that has better exclusives then go with the ps4 also if your budget is in the 500 or less range pick up a ps4 pro for 4K graphics. Yeah it’s entry level 4k but it makes the experience much better Xbox also has a 4K gaming console I just forgot the name
I prefer ps4 for the simple controller
one thing with the series s is that there isnt a disc drive so all of your games will be more expensive as you cant buy second hand but all round better imo its next/current gen and as game pass 👍🏻
Given everyone else has already explained the pros and cons of each ones, I just wanna mention the PS4 Slim/Pro is a previous generation console while the Xbox Series S is a current generation one, now its completely upto preference but I'd personally go with the Series S
What’s this? People actually saying Xbox is better than PlayStation!?
What are you so upset about?
I’m not, I’m amused, and this is coming from an Xbox owner
Oh haha, hard to tell over the internet
Switch lite if you just like to chill and save energy on tv and controllers. Plus it can be played everywhere like a regular switch.
Sorry for suggesting it.

My Switch gets more use than either my Series S or my PS4 Pro, and I'd keep the Switch if I had to choose one of the three.. But you can't really compare it to the big boys, it's a different experience altogether.

IMO, PlayStation has more must-play exclusives, but Xbox Game Pass is (currently) better than PlayStation’s subscription program. If you really want to play God of War and/or Last of Us, go PlayStation; if you prefer to cast a wider net and play games you may not have discovered otherwise, I’d recommend Xbox.
