I have two kids 6 and 8 years old. I’ve buyed almost every switch game that’s suitable for kids. It was only two games that they really fell for, Luigis Mansion 3 and Mario Odyssey. So we finished both game twice and that’s it. Games like Mario Kart, Mario Party Superstars and even Mario 3D World is not good for couch coop because it’s kind of ”VS games” making the kids angry when they lose. Games like Lego is so laggy and blurry on the Switch so it’s pretty much unplayable.
Series S on the other hand, you can play litteraly every game you want with them thanks to the co-pilot function. And the Lego games don’t lag. Maybe the Switch have more games for kids, but when you played the best coop games already (Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Mario 3D World, Luigis Mansion and so on) there’s not much left to do. Nintendo only release Pokemon games that my kids hate, and they barely even do 30 fps anyway. The last Mario game that they made is 5 years old, last DK game and Mario 3D World is lazy ports from the Wii U.
The problem is that Nintendo never release any new games, and when they do you have to play coop in 20 fps. Am i stupid if I sell the Switch and buy Series S instead? What you think?

If you have a lot of nintendo games you can finance most of series s just by selling games you don't play. They keep value very well.
