So basically I moved to a new place and I don’t have my PS4 or Xbox One - I just have my Nintendo Switch. I have around 14 games for the switch and have enjoyed it thoroughly. I recently in fact purchased the Switch Oled Pokémon Edition a few weeks ago and haven’t opened it as I am deliberating on whether or not I should keep it, or if I should get a PS5. There are a few games on PS5 that interest me, but I don’t know if it would be worth it right now just to play games like Forbidden West, God of War Ragnorak, and Miles Morales (these are the main ones that have piqued my interest over the last two years). Should I return the switch Oled and not buy a ps5, or get the ps5 and return the switch oled, or get neither considering I have a fully functional Switch?

At first glance I thought you were watering the TV with a packet of turkey gravy stuck to your shoe. But once i took a bite of my freshly potted bar of soap I really took notice of the fact that I have bought a lot of people fish sandwiches.

Ps5. Definitely. The ps5 is 10x faster than the ps4. If you play read dead redemption 2. Say goodbye to waiting 3 minutes to load up your save. And game downloads will go faster (it goes even faster with an m.2 ssd installed). So. Yep. Go with the ps5

Yeah I have a pretty similar rig, 6700xt and ryzen 7 3700, in my case I actually bought a steam deck to replace my switch (and Holy crap it's so much better) and I just believe getting a PS5 wouldn't be worth it, there's only like 3 or 4 exclusives right now on PS5 that are really worth it, god of war 5, returnal I think, and horizon 2, I think if you spent the money for a PS5 you just wouldn't use it that much, on PC you can already play every god of war before 5, horizon 1, spiderman 1 and miles moralis, all uncharted games, you can also use a dualsense on PC and get the haptics and trigger effects, regarding the switch I would personally sell and buy a steam deck but that's just me you'd have to research more if you'd want to do that, I wouldn't say the OLED model is worth the upgrade to be honest
