Right but that doesn't mean this person's only options are PlayStation. They should try them and get one they like.

I think the point of asking the question was to get people's opinions, so nothing biased about suggesting the one you like personally. After all, this isn't really an objective exercise. How could it be?

99% likely the OP already knows what they want and these debates here aren't gonna change their mind.

True, but when someone pointedly states "its the ps5 or the ps4" it does seem less like rreccomending their favourite and instructing op on which is best.

Making a decent argument or even saying "my personal opinion/imo/my favourite Is..." would seem less instructive and demanding.
