You won’t be wasting money though, they’re both great consoles and you’ll spend 100s of hours on either of them.

I think ima go for Xbox, just as my brother has it, it's built better, idc about the exclusives (70 each anyways lmao) and the controller layout might be bad for small hands

That’s good, then you can go halves on games and game share. When you’re in the position financially get the PS5 for the exclusives as well. Everyone’s happy.
