Yes. Both are fantastic consoles. They both have great experiences to offer, and will have many more in the coming years. There's also backwards compatibility to keep in mind. PS5 is backwards compatible with the vast majority of PS4 games and the Xbox Series X is backwards compatible with many Xbox One, 360, and Xbox games. You'll have many games to choose from

I’d say go for disc one.

You’ll save more in the long run by buying disc games on sale than waiting for digital sale prices

I'd say they last a really long time, my ps4 has been going for 6 years so far no reason to think it will break any time soon.
