Wrong. They usually target 1440p resolution in performance modes. 1080p is much worse than 1440p

1440p is the highest resolution they might achieve with dynamic resolution not only rarely hitting the target, but often dropping below 1080p in high burden situations.
You know regardless of target resolution, these consoles rarely hit 1440p in performance mode.
If you know this, why make a deceptive statement?

What you are saying is objectively wrong. 1440p is usually the average frame rate with res sometimes being above 1440p and sometimes below 1080p. Give me a single game that drops to 1080p in performance mode. You can’t. Stop giving false statements
