Has anyone ever had fortnite Auto install on their console?

No joke, I've had this happen to me three times. First and second times were on my old Xbox one and the last time in recent memory was my PS4. Is this normal? I also heard it's possible that the icon downloaded and not the game, so I admit that may have been a possibility.

I don't know about you but it pretty much did happen to me and I'm 100% certain no one had access. I don't even have anyone in my family who plays Fortnite.
