Don't wait 4 delivery.. just go to your local pawn shop and get 1... you can also haggle and or add for a cheaper sum by making a deal. Controllers/games etc..

Console 200$ extra controller 30$ a few games 50$. Total 280$.. offer him 225$.. he will accept.

Gaming community in my country is not that big, we can find only clothes at second hands, unfortunately. That's why I asked, thx for the answer too.
