One I haven't seen mentioned: multi user support. You can easily flip between different users on consoles. It's more complicated on PC. A lot of gaming centric apps like launchers do not like running on two user accounts at the same time on PC. Also, PCs these days don't really shut down. So when you turn one on, you don't know if someone else is already logged in until you log on and start getting "an instance of this application is already running" errors. In that case, you have to open up Task Manager, log out the other user, then log out and log back in yourself.
I love my gaming PC as a couch gaming rig, but it's a pain in the ass sometimes.
