Do a hard reset by holding down the power untill it completely shuts off then give it a couple mins and power back on. If that doesn’t work try what the other person said and search that error code

Do full system reset however it's done on Xbox. On PS4 it was download latest firmware from the website, put it on flash drive and install it through service menu on console

You need to replace the hard drive. I had to do the same late last year. It gets corrupted for some reason, unfortunately, and there is no way back.
