As a former meth abuser with extensive experience with shadow people and other phenomena. This is terrifyingly close. The ones I've seen have been way deeper black and far more tall and slender/well defined edges with either glowing yellow as pictured, or red, or just no eyes at all other times. This pic provoked the most instinctual sense of panic/terror within me almost like I just saw one IRL.
