Reminds me of a shadow I seen above my bed during sleep paralysis when I was a teen. No face or anything tho, just a giant black orb or circle.

Didn't do anything, the paralysis was from fear. I was afraid if I moved, it would react and I'd confirm it was something more than just a shadow. So I laid there staring at it trying to debunk it.
