This reminds me of a psychological horror game I love called Yume Nikki (along with Yume 2kki, its fan-made sequel)! It’s free on Steam if you’d like! I made a YouTube series on it too ^-^

Imo, i think it's even better than Yume Nikki, since it leans harder into the horror aspect
