co-wmh-ojh t1_j8dofxl wrote on February 13, 2023 at 3:26 PM I know there has been a spike but your data set doesn’t do a great job or representing it. It is hard to say rates have spiked when you don’t show the data before Q2 2020. A 7 point raise in 2 years doesn’t seem like a spike. Permalink 6
