Submitter Comment:[EDIT:]

-Time series plot and maps of granular internet connectivity measurements within Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Mykolayiv, Donetsk and others between March 5th and March 10th.

- Connectivity Index gives a comparison to a baseline level of actively measured, fixed broadband connections for geo-located internet addresses (IPs) at the location indicated.

- Geo-locations are approximate within each community.

- A value of 100 represents the recent long-run average.

Kharkiv (23), Odessa (32), Mykolayiv (39) heaviest impact

- A value of 0 (zero) indicates no active responses from any internet address at that geo-location.

- Time is in local Europe/Kyiv time (GMT +2)

And how many millions of dollars worth of missles did they waste on that tiny blip? They must be extremely frustrated.

My computer science professor for an algorithms class taught us about the concept of "articulation vertices" and he always did it by using terrorists blowing up power or communication lines as an analogy. Basically, these connected systems, if well made, are extremely difficult to bring down because they're usually setup in such a way that blowing up lines has very a limited effect on overall connectivity of the system.

If Russia keeps this up the entire Ukraine will be a bomb-safe environment, a bunker-like state prepared for the worst adversities. It could actually prepare Ukraine to become something of a great nation.
