No, iNaturalist keeps record of wild individuals, domesticated/captive specimens are excluded, records of Homo sapiens are excluded. Road traffic deaths are easily found, with breakdowns by vehicle type. Here's road traffic injuries data from the WHO, and Our World in Data.
