I suppose a non-cardinal who broke in to a conclave and tried to cast a ballot would be removed from the building with the necessary force, and there are no female cardinals, so there is sort of a sense in which this is true, I guess.

If I were a underage/not eligible to vote woman, I would be removed too somehow, I don’t see how that is relevant.

I think the fact that there are no women qualified to be electors is possibly relevant, but this is still an entirely different category than a country in which women are enfranchised but face extralegal violence if they try to exercise their franchise (and men don't, or do but at a significantly lower rate).
