If you look closely it seems Western Russia and Eastern Russia are two separate regions, they're just not labeled.

The closer and longer you look at the map the worse it gets, missplaced divisions are the least wrong thing once you notice all the missing islands

Yeah, this map is D+ at best. Also, should have broken out more developed vs. developing countries since the wealthier a country gets, more meat tends to be consumed.
