So this shows, by country, how popular the search phrase "how to track a cellphone" is?
Also does the bottom right graph indicate that in 2021 it was 100% popular, i.e. literally everyone searched for it?

Google Trends, meaning 100% is the highest value and everything else is in relation to that. Meaning 50% would be half as much as the highest value.

Let me guess: Brazil is less than 1% because the people there speak Portuguese, not Spanish.
Similarly, the United States speaks English. I can only assume the phrase wasn’t translated.
