exactly why I was confused by the comments mad at them as if they're glorifying it? I would assume if someone is tracking they're drinking is because they are trying to stop the problem

The most likely case is that they're below legal age when bragging about it is still a tool to keep your status high among your social (drinking) circle.

I guess you're right, but it seems odd to track it like this if you were underage and did it with the intent to brag. I could be wrong ofc!
