Skatingraccoon t1_j2aegov wrote on December 30, 2022 at 8:22 PM If they are talking about "evidence", usually it's in regards to a prior conviction or a prior charge that a person faced. Like, "the judge went easy on the sentencing because the defendant had no priors" - they had a clean criminal record. Permalink 0
