If you have some balsamic vinegar and sugar, you can make caramelized onion jam that will rock any burger. But this already looks tasty

Once the onions are browned a little add salt&pepper to taste , 1/8th cup of vinegar then sprinkle a tsp of sugar. Cook on medium for 2-3 minutes. It should start to thicken. Take off eat, and enjoy.
