Once the onions are browned a little add salt&pepper to taste , 1/8th cup of vinegar then sprinkle a tsp of sugar. Cook on medium for 2-3 minutes. It should start to thicken. Take off eat, and enjoy.

I appreciate it . It doesn’t always look the best but I just love to cook. It’s become My favorite hobby over the last couple years.

How is the bottom of the pan burnt where the onions aren't even caramelized.

If you have some balsamic vinegar and sugar, you can make caramelized onion jam that will rock any burger. But this already looks tasty
