It looks really pretty. I’ve got 2 questions:

1. Why not cut the asparagus?
2. why not over easy eggs? Is there something else in them other than just egg?

1. Toddler was screaming and I didnt think of it

2. Health safety for person eating. No running yolk if this has been for me yup over easy

Quinoa is two cups water one cup quinoa. Added in some chopped cilantro once cooked

Potatoes are diced and tossed with olive oil and then paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, and cinnamon
