I wouldn’t really call them cookies (lol). They’re more like a mochi in terms of texture with pandan/mung bean flavor profile.

Yeah I used to get those all the time when I was a kid. Don't really shop at the Thai grocery that I used to see them at. They had them in these small plastic Tupperware and cut into five two inch squares, mad good

You can often find them in Vietnamese banh mi and shops/delis in the USA (they’re called banh da lon)
