Damn! I wish there was a restaurant where I could try it. I love Vietnamese food, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Cambodian restaurant. That beef looks delicious

If you are ever in southern California. Long Beach has a large Cambodian community with lots of traditional food restaurants.
