If you going to eat animals eat all the animal and not waste any! We eat a food called Scrapple where I live for breakfast and we know it's the "scraps". Still great.

We used soybean sauce and oyster sauce, you can get those at your local Asian supermarket

The rooster we cooked was given to us by a local farmer. I come from an Asian background, and we tend to eat most parts of an animal. So if you think this dish seems a little strange, I completely understand!
