Your title implies you're eating while giving birth.

You order food through an app, because you're putting your order into an app.

You receive said food via delivery. You don't get food through delivery, because through is used to mean "into", via is used to mean "by".

Therefore, it sounds like you're eating chicken while popping a kid out.

Also, it looks fantastic and I hope you enjoyed it!
