300 g flour 100 g milk 50 g water 5 grams yeast, 10 g sugar 2 g baking powder

Let rise til doubled, then roll out and punch out circles. Fold over itself and steam for 16 minutes

Rub a little oil on the discs before you fold them to prevent sticking!!
