the other side is was the same. i typically start with a cold pan but i let it go too long cuz i was distracted. when i did the flip the pan was wicked hot and just char fucked it on that side too. not the first time and won't be the last.

southside chicago. lots of irish and the irish attract bostonians. i think i picked it up as a kid.
