(in-house everything: potato brioche bun, buttermilk ranch, hot sauce, pickies)
EDIT: lots of requests for the recipe, so here we go:
Buns: https://www.brianlagerstrom.com/recipes/perfect-burger-bun?rq=buns
Chicken: https://www.brianlagerstrom.com/recipes/buffalo-chicken-sandwich?rq=fried%20chicken
(I'm a big fan of Brian Lagerstrom's YouTube videos...I've tried a ton of different bun recipes over the years and this one with the dough conditioner is my current favorite)
Ranch: start by making homemade Mayo, I use a 50/50 ratio of Avocado/EVOO (https://www.seriouseats.com/two-minute-mayonnaise) then https://barefeetinthekitchen.com/homemade-ranch-salad-dressing/ (I sub fresh parsley, dill, and green onion)
Hot Sauce: heat butter in a pan and add Frank's...I just eye ball this and adjust heat depending on who I'm eating with.
Pickies: mandolin'd English cukes. 1/1 ratio of vinegar/water and 1tbsp kosher salt per 1 cup of vin. Bring to boil, pour over cukes in a mason jar, add a couple garlic cloves and 1tbsp per cup of vin of pickling spice (I buy this pre-mixed at my hippy grocery store...it's a well balanced mix of dill, mustard seed, coriander, bay leaf, cinnamon, chili flakes, all spice, ginger, black pepper, and cloves). Let sit at room temp until cooled and put in fridge.
ENJOY!

You should post this in an art subreddit. Pure beauty is what this is.
