It’s a good egg sandwich but not worth the wait, imo. I got the Fairfax (soft scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, chives, cheddar, siracha, brioche bun). It tastes exactly how you’d imagine based on the ingredients, but can’t justify waiting 30+ minutes for what should be a grab-and-go sandwich. It also ran me close to $20 for a sandwich and orange juice, which is steep even by Vegas standards

It’s a trendy LA food truck turned Vegas Cosmopolitan restaurant. It isn’t going to be a better sandwich than it needs to be.
