Pierogi are a type of Polish dumplings, filled with potatoes and cheese (and sometimes other things). They can be steamed or pan-fried, but I recommend pan-fried to get that nice sear on the outside.

Tbh I’ve never done just one method. I boil then pan fry 100% of the time.

I do both, boil them to actually cook them you can freeze for later or straight to the pan for that sear!
