It is a chop but just smaller, even food network and others call these Lollipop Chops but maybe it's a north American thing? It's just what the packaging called it and first time making them sorry if I miss labeled them

They're most often called cutlets in Australia, where lamb chops are from the neck or shoulder, typically. But it doesn't matter, and can vary regionally and internationally so it's totally semantics mate.

And they look bloody phenomenal. My mouth is watering just looking at them! Lucky YOU.

We do get snow, in our relatively flat Australian Alps, but pretty much nobody lives there just people go to ski around a little bit.

The weather has been pretty agreeable here for the past week though, you're right, 27 - 31c (81 - 88f) and for the most part sunny here in Brisbane.

Where on earth are you enjoying mouth watering lamb?

I didn't think it was very widely available up there in Canada!
