Definitely rosemary and thyme in there. Maybe a type of sage as well?

Okay this looks amazing but I gotta ask:

Is bone in primarily just for looks? I feel like it makes a steak presentation look amazing but I almost never get it because it adds like 5 to 10 dollars onto the price when buying a bone in rib-eye for instance for no more meat.
