I'm really sorry, to those asking about the recipe, I can't provide one as I've just basically kept tasting and trying until I felt like it was right.

But basically it's an apple tart in an almond caramel crust, topped with a white chocolate lemon ganache. Hope that helps the ones curious about the recipe

Did you pipe on the spiral with a very steady/practiced hand, or how did you accomplish that look?

EDIT: OP says they used a silicone mold.
