In case you aren’t joking, no. Cream of tarter is an acid that you can add to baked goods that don’t have any other acids in them to react with the baking soda and give you some rise in your dough. Of course you can also just use baking powder which already contains an acid for the reaction.

oh thank you for this explenation , didn't know about it. For me Tartar is a sauce that fits great with fish or in the name steak tartar
