It's a simple white wine cream sauce but a hollandaise sounds like a good idea to me 👍

If you make it again, try throwing a few capers into the mix. It adds a nice salty counterpoint and pop of flavor that goes great with hearty fish like that.

White wine sauce sounds WAY better than hollandaise for this. Looks great!
