The one on Carmine is the original. There are three more in Manhattan, one in Brooklyn, and apparently one in Michigan that are affiliated.

Norm’s in Brooklyn. Pricey, but hands down my favorite slice place. Unless I’m out for Sicilian and then it’s a Spicy Spring from Prince Street.
