It's tian provencal. A tian is this casserole with sliced vegetables, while a ratatouille has these same (or similar) vegetables but is more of a stew. The names are often used interchangeably though, especially since the movie called this dish a ratatouille.

Yea, I am now aware that this is Tian and Ratatouille is more of a stew with the same/similar vegetables. I actually think I would like real ratatouille more, so will make it that way next time.

I did the same thing, spent hours making a tian which was good dont get me wrong. But now I k kw its way easier to rough chop the same veggies and make delicious ratatouille. It's a journey.

375°F - covered with foil for 40 minutes and then uncovered for another 20 minutes.
