Lasagnas (plural), is the pasta. As long as you use that shape, you can call it that, whether baked or soup.

Ofcourse. Many pasta dishes are named by: "Pasta shape and type" + "prep method or sauce used". Linguini in brodo is linguini in broth etc.

Ofcourse, most combinations will not have a traditional example. And most will just be bad. Puting a pasta that requires cutting in a soup means either alot of work to eat it, or having to bite it, making it messy and weird.
