I hadn't thought of Buffalo chicken! That could be it. Buffalo and bleu is a classic pair. I had been thinking mushroom or sausage, but the topping is covered in delicious looking cheeses.

As the others said, buff chick and bleu cheese. I think they used thigh meat since some of it looks dark.

That's so fucking nice of them. I like white meat fine enough, but Variety!
