3 Chocolate Garden Variety Wafers 1/2 cup protein pancake mix 1/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Crush up the wafers of course, (don't blend or process because you want some of that texture) but yeah, that's the mix!
If you want, you can also beat the egg whites separately and that might result in a fluffier mix.
