Where’s the sear? Your pan was about 300 degrees too cold.

You’re right 😓 I’m using a hexclad pan and I’ve been trying to find the right temp to use to get a good sear but not burn the pepper on my steak while it cooks. Not sure if you’re familiar with them but they heat up very quickly even in a lower temp. So I’m still trying to work it out.
