I make this too and was going to for Xmas this year. I usually have to make triple batches to pass out to friends. That does look good.

I’m still learning about candy making at altitude so it was a touch on the soft side but I honestly prefer fudge that way. Just barely toothsome and then melts - no grittiness at all. Will be making again! And of course! Randomly stumbled upon it and was glad to see how great it turned out.
