Wow. It looks amazing! Well done. Gives me confidence to give it a go. I think I’ll serve with steak and potatoes. And maybe asparagus

Just be mindful and delicate when you’re separating the meat from the shell and keep the scissors as close to the inner wall on the top part of the shell. You want a nice chunk of meat not a shredded up one
